At Panda Pedals, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

All orders are processed carefully to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or returned.

Damages and Issues

Warranty Policy

Panda Pedals provides warranty coverage on eligible components as follows:

  • Motor: 1 Year Warranty

  • Battery: 3 Year Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed and processing has started, changes to products, quantities, shipping details, or customer information may not be possible.
